Ok, Why so few reviews and the ones I have seen are scathing rebukes of your company, why?

I have some of your windows and am thinking of replacing 9 more. THe few reviews I have seen are terrible. You offer a lifetime warrenty and do not stand behind it? Why/? I expect an answer.

Beware Atrium do not honor their warranty

Replaced all windows in home. Bought the high grade windows that Atrium and Lowes said had life time warranty and transferable which was 10 yrs. Less than two years two windows Failed. Horrible windows, wouldn’t waste your money

We had 15 Atrium replacement windows installed in our home. Wouldn’t waste your money!! The first set of windows that were delivered and installed, grill work inside windows were all bent.
