Replaced all windows in home. Bought the high grade windows that Atrium and Lowes said had life time warranty and transferable which was 10 yrs. Less than two years two windows Failed. Note Lowes keeps no records in their computers after 18 Months ! Took several weeks and many phone calls Atrium finally agreed that we had a warranty they would take car Tammy from Atrium, and Rob Yonkers area rep. Windows arrive in Lowes and for over 3 weeks nobody does and thing. Five trips to Lowes and nothing is done but they kept saying the windows would be install. Just was contacted Rob Yonkers who says no, Atrium is not taken care. Beware do not buy from Atrium windows or warranties from Lowes in Millsboro Delaware.
