Cannot pay with a bank card normally

I will refill regularly at Neste filling stations - Simply showing the card is not valid. I have replaced 8 payment cards for nothing. Withdrawing money from an ATM is not a problem, buying a product in a store is also not a problem but at NESTE filling stations there are minor problems. I also talk to acquaintances who have problems of this nature. I already know prematurely that there will be no response to this complaint.
