Never rec’d free gift.

We purchased a sofa and love seat along with an entertainment center with a fireplace. We were given options of free gift of which we chose the 50 inch tv. The voucher # is Hzn26H730****. Bad attitude, dirty

We just celebrated our wedding in Galzemy. At first everything seemed OK until the day we went to decorate. The pool was dirty - oily stains were floating on the water, there were leaves in the water, it was used, but we had to pay 15 dollars for it. We argued that no one would jump in in such water and the water was released out... The refrigerators stinked. They didn't want to put anything in them, they had to wash themselves, smear them with lemon, put coffee. The floor in the kitchen was untidy, walked into the hall, the view was not the best. There were piles of dead flies on the windowsills, which they had to clean themselves. We were afraid to take them as caterers, so we took the hostesses to prepare a warm guest house on the spot on the wedding day. Turns out there weren't any knives, forks, spoons- ANYTHING! Only those recruited on the table. We rented tablecloths, dishes and glasses for setting the table from the guest house. The hostess said that the full set costs 3 AU$‎ / person. It should have been 150 AU$‎ for 50 people, but later she asked for 200eur. I argued that it should have been 150eur, to which I received a text message - OK. On the wedding day, it turned out that there is ONLY a plate of warm food and everything on the table! Neither cold food plates nor breakfast plates. Still think that maybe in the morning will come to harvest and wash, but nothing. My girlfriends and parents washed the plates at my wedding! Something unheard of! Plus from 2 toilets, one has a torn toilet lid. The view is disgusting. Really can't be replaced? As for 50 beds - there are 50 pillows, but the blankets are almost half less. one blanket is covered over 2-3 beds, which means that places for 3 people must be covered with one blanket! For us, many guests left at night and only that saved the situation that the guests could cover themselves normally. In the end, these things left a deep bitterness in my heart. The hostess finally said that I was to blame myself, because I did not want to pay, even though I paid as much as was said at the beginning. The place is beautiful, but the attitude is disgusting. I do not recommend staying here and we will definitely not return.
