Warrantee of couches

To whom is may concern. My name is Diana David and i bought furnitures and i bought warranted with it . I am calling the stores most of them are closed . I need to talk to someone about cleaning my couches. I can not reach no store . The store near me is closed . Please contact me i need to speak and i need help. 602.384.3181. Thank you
