Calling Elderly couple and scaring them into spraying for termites and vacuuming attic for rat droppings

Calling 92 year old and telling them they could die from rat dropping in attic. They would give him a half off deal of $1300 to vacuum attic. Calstar Termite Pros – Unprofessional Service Review

dealing with the office is painful and unprofessional 3 weeks of phone calls and now 6 emails trying to modify our contract based on the technicians recommendation and it’s still not done yet. Their response time to their customers is criminal. The run around is unacceptable,I’ll be contacting the better business bureau as well.
