Poor quality of care
I had bought a coupon for this salon for eyebrow correction and painting. First of all, the master did not know how to speak english and another had to translate. Secondly, I just sat on a chair in the middle of the high cabin - no office than. Third, the master took, of course, along the face, but his fingers stink deeply after cigarettes.
