I have lost pieces of mine. Contains cd,jewels, card’s, oil, binder notebook.
I still have not hotten word about getting specific products. Id like to get them started
The call would not go through. Also one the coporate office 212-353-**** says not in service

I'll start with the fact that so far everything has been ok with these i stores. Orders were made many and varied, but what looks good is coming to an end. Order no .: 5499974 another order was placed, which was a refrigerator, delivery time up to two weeks. When the deadline came sms your item is delayed for a week waiting, after a week again sms your item is delayed for another week. Fantastic! And this is how the online store that calls itself is No. 1 in United Kingdom. Call 31.01.2018. Go to the 110.shop info number and ask if you are making fun or twice to postpone the delivery of the product, to which I receive a fantastic answer, if you are not satisfied you can cancel the order and get your money back. Upon my request to connect or to call back one of the management to find a solution, I received an answer that the management does not deal with such issues. Super attitude towards the customer! Attitude terrible, attempts to find a compromise zero. 1) if I had wanted to play the so-called pimpong with money transfers with LLC "pigu United Kingdom", I would hardly have waited for the product for so long! 2) I, as a customer, have fulfilled my obligation (paid the invoice) and it is your duty to deliver the goods until the date we agreed before placing the order. 3) do not need to tell customers by phone about your business problems and suppliers with whom remote contracts have been concluded, etc. I don't care about the customer! After this case, I definitely do not recommend shopping at 110.shop, unless you have precious time and nerves! I have often shopped at www.1a.info and everything has always been at the coldest level. A compromise has always been found. But you have lost the trust and customer of 110.shop! You still have a lot to learn in communicating with the customer.
