Your customer service should cos as all I want to do is speak with a live person to subscribe however I keep getting the same recording to choose options 1, 2, or 3 and then silence……
The video doorbell uses your phone’s default notification sound whenever it alerts to motion. To simplify what I mean, let’s say someone is approaching my door. I have had my Arlo camera’s for about 8yrs. now…..since you installed the stupid 2-step verification,….I have to get a stupid code from my phone….had my 2 phones as trusted devices….then it didn’t even recognize my computer…..which has had the app for 8YRS!!!!! I have $2000.00 into this system and a stalker next door.
