Doorbell camera not recognized by the app

My doorbell would not connect. I tried reconnecting it multiple times to my smart hub. The support tech worked with me and helped me reconnect my doorbell using my wifi and not the smarthub.

`not repairing problem

I have an issue with arlo 3 cameras not recording properly. Problem been escalated to level 3 for 3 months but not resolving the issue. Camera stop working after short time

Cameras updated and would never sync back up have not been able to get much of a response from arlo and save been no help all they do is tell u to follow the troubleshooting steps which I have done plenty of times and camera still never work User’s recommendation: Don’t buy arlo.

Not letting us know if someone is here unless they are right in front of the camera. Activity zones not working properly all of the sudden. Didn’t have this problem before.

Everything about this system sucks! So much for making sure our house is secure. Totally disgusted and angry customer. Do not buy this piece of crap!! User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY.
