Customer service is horrible. Multiple issues with faulty cameras. Only resolution, after one month of trouble shooting was to buy a new camera. I received product on May 19. Good App WHEN IT CONNECTS, this garbage fails more than it connects, absolute garbage. This devices disconnect when other devices see motion, will not reconnect, or base station goes off line for extended periods of time for no reason. JUNK JUNK JUNK User’s recommendation: Do Not Buy.

I spent a fortune on this system and subscription. The app does not work, and the customer service is entirely useless. They claim to respond but it is the same useless questions over and over with zero resolution. User’s recommendation: buy something else.
