Major Billing Errors

Unhealthy service

I returned 5 days ago I bought the TV shop RD Electronic Brooks Shopping Mall "Walleta" because the TV did not find any channels (neither paid nor free). Consulting with Lattelecom masters and customer service, we found that the problem is with the "new" TV. When we brought the huge box to the store premises, all the employees of the store pretended not to see us, because we have come to return, not to buy the product. I raised my problem, adding that I don't have any decoder and TV specialist, but I notice that the store employees don't really understand what to do, because they don't even know how to insert the TV module with the card correctly. The store's TV did not find any channels either, the employees used the excuse of a bad TV signal. What then is it about a store when you can't even check out basic things. The result offered me to put in a "new" TV repair or write an application to return the money. I chose option 2 because I think a new TV put repair is a complete nonsense. If I chose to repair my TV with my own transport it would be the same on New Year's Eve to the store's service center! During the conversation, I did not expect even a small but apology from the store employees., but exchanged a kind word with the deputy store manager, who could not even look me in the eye. I am, to put it mildly, shocked by the kind treatment of me by the store staff. Now I have to wait 10 days for me to respond to the request... I would like to tell the employees of AZ Electronics store as well as the management that the customer of the store is also the customer who returns the product, not just the one who only buys the product, because no one wants to buy a product that cannot be used. My casual product TV was meant to be a gift for parents, but got more of just a headache than a gift. I very much hope that I will at least get my money back and not have to use the services of a lawyer. PS I live 60 km from Brooks, I will lose transport expenses in any case, because no one will reimburse me for driving TV here and there! Sincerely, Your customer is very disappointed.
