their customer service is awful

They definitely could be better if they really cared. They could have recruited more people to work at their so-called customer service department. Because once a problem occurs it makes impossible to contact absolutely anyone. The line is always busy, but I don’t believe it’s overwhelmed by customers’ calls. It just cannot be true. So I have...
