I live and rent an apartment in Orlando, FL. My complex uses APEX Billing Solutions to issue the monthly water/sewer/trash bills for residents. On October 18, 2013 we received a bill in the amount of $3412.56 from APEX. The bill cited two months of past due rent and the recent month's water/sewer/trash bill charges. $3412.56????? We made contact with our apartment's management company. Our balance with them is zero. How does a company make a mistake THAT BIG and not catch it? I am very wary of APEX's ability to produce an accurate bill given that they cannot catch an error THAT LARGE. I'm going to try and encourage my landlord to use another company--one I can trust.
