But in this case, due to the specifics of the product, we obey the conclusion of the authorized service. If the item was written as defective then we could return the money to you. But in this case, unfortunately, this is not possible. " and sent to the service. July 29 was the response received from the service (Mobiland): " repairs made: preventive repair, test - ok. When the product is exposed to moisture, it must be dried after use, keeping the product wet for a long time damages the electromechanical components. The obligation does not cover the cost of such repairs. Please copy the product accordingly accordingly. " Very interesting answer, given that the brush 4 days, and from it worked only 13 minutes. I must have thought about this for a very long time and went to them. Of course, the master was not at work:D then on August 20, I wrote them a letter by e-mail with several questions about their "repair". After 12 days they did not answer, I wrote again and only then did I receive another funny answer: “Hello! The provision of technical or legal advice is not part of our services. Your product has been restricted due to dried toothpaste residue. Axle fully locked. From this follows the conclusion of the technician. In this case, there was no need to replace parts or take any other action that could affect the performance of the product. There is no legal basis for issuing photographs with evidence. Other issues cannot be considered in a narrow sense and we do not provide such advice, so understanding them requires appropriate knowledge of the industry. ” Once again I want to remind everyone how the actual operating time of the brush was 13 minutes and she hangs (the brush did not respond to the button or the charger, was always on and the button was lit) what kind of axle lock is talking about? :D 100% they disconnected the battery and reconnected the vot and all preventive repairs. If it is interesting for someone, I can probably open it myself and take a picture of what is inside. There is of course a lot of correspondence with the store. What did I want at all? I wanted to return the item because I don't need the item that worked in 13 minutes. And every 13 minutes I don't want to send him to service. But the store can not return the money, because the service said that everything is ok. Now there are no emotions after such answers, so only now and write a complaint here. Address you dear friends, whether it is worth turning to such masters or not.
