On 6 October this year, we were forced to seek urgent veterinary advice because the kitten had acute abdominal problems which we could no longer cope on our own. Because the animal is already 15 years old, and kidney problems have only recently been compounded by blindness, constipation is not uncommon, and we use both special means (Laxativ) and food, as well as systems to prevent it. But this time there was such a blockage in the intestines for several days that even enemas did not help at home, the animal tortured to get something outside and did not allow itself to be touched. There are many veterinary clinics in the vicinity within a few minutes walk, however, we choose to go to Uptown "Hirons", because there the kitten is documented and treated by a very nice veterinarian M.Bene. M.Bene did not work that day, and it did not matter to us today who would accept - the main thing was to help the animal. And here began the story of the ability of veterinarian Alyssa Voitkane to cause conflict from the details or a complete inability to communicate. At first, it went as usual - a cat on a table, a doctor researching something on a computer, probably the history of an animal's disease, my sister tells us what we use against constipation, and by the way, asks whether "Lunelax" could not be given. that it is also used in veterinary medicine to attract water to the gut). I assume that this question touched on Voitkane's pride, because she probably did not know it, but we also did not ask the doctor to know the world's medicines by heart, and her answers became more and more blunt, but the timbre was more intolerant, finally declaring that the cause of the disease must first be found. I can generally agree with this, as long as we can do without this arrogant communication, to which we also pointed out, because my sister, who has been living and working in medicine in Sweden for 20 years, was simply shocked, that it can talk to customers. It all ended with the fact that Alyssa Voitkane also refused to see the kitten on repeated invitations, thus demonstrating her resentment (about what?). We took the animal and left, saying we wouldn't leave it that way. L.Voitkane replied that everything was recorded in a video (even if it was!) We felt powerless, angry, shocked and humiliated, so when I said goodbye, my sister threw herself to spit in the face of such people.that would gladly spit in the face of such people.that would gladly spit in the face of such people.
