We left Houston on December 11,2018 we were one hour late leaving Houston and arrived in Lafayette Louisiana five hour late. Our time to arrive was 5:12PM And we arrived at 10:15 PM. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
TRAIN WAS SUPPOSED TO GET IN AT 7.15PM CENTRAL TIME DIDNT GET IN UNTIL 11.PM. NO HELP FROM SERVICE PEOPLE AND BRO IS NEARLY BLIND. JUST BAD SERVICE AND HELP DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHERE TRAIN WAS. BAD COMPANY FOR HELP IF U NEED HELP. HE WAS JUST PICKED UP BY FRIEND. THEY R ALSO GIVING GUY FROM...

I remember when hurricane Katrina hiit, they said that alot of Amtrak railrway was damaged in Mississippi and Amtrak announced that were no longer going to be running the “Sunset Limited” train form New Orleans to Orlando no mo. I think that it is a shame and a national disgrace that Amtrak doesn’t repair those rails so...

My family of 6 purchased round-trip train tickets to Jackson, Mississippi; however the train never made it to Jackson, Mississippi due to the train breaking down. We incurred unnecessary expenses because we had to find alternative transportation to our destination, and Amtrak refuses to reimburse those expenses or refund the cost for one-way tickets since we paid...

Stealing parcels.
At the beginning of October, I sent a parcel from the UK to Australia. There was a feeling of bitterness when I found out that the package had been torn open and the cuddles of a one-year-old child's room had been removed. In England the package was sealed with a scotch in front of my eyes, but in Australia it was sealed with some white paper. The old scotch was cut. It is sad and miserable to realize that someone can do something like this. Poor inhabitants of Australia that even a little child has to steal a little baby. Of course, now another child is wearing them. I know for sure that I will never use Australian postal services again. Maybe the management of Australian pasts could finally do something for the cause and arrange these thefts at the distribution of parcels. Aren't cameras capturing anything anywhere in the courts? Or maybe it doesn't have enough money again... or is it not profitable. ? Weakenable.
