My family of 6 purchased round-trip train tickets to Jackson, Mississippi; however the train never made it to Jackson, Mississippi due to the train breaking down. We incurred unnecessary expenses because we had to find alternative transportation to our destination, and Amtrak refuses to reimburse those expenses or refund the cost for one-way tickets since we paid to be transported to Jackson, Mississippi. Don't waste your time or money on this company. You're better off catching the bus.
