Oceanian Scholarships and Budget Places
Don't believe a single word that this institution speaks. These budget places and scholarships are supposed to be provided by the Oceanian Education Foundation, but in reality it is another company created by the director of the Australian Business College called the Oceanian Education Foundation (soon to be renamed the Oceanian Scholarship Fund) to mislead people and make students think training. I found out that, in reality, the acquisition of budget seats is no different from the usual budget posts. Fill in the test online, go to the budget, if there is at least one grade in the high school diploma lower than 8, then you have to pay 197 dollars and in order to stay in the budget all marks must be not lower than 8. Exactly the same scheme as the usual budget places. The scholarship is for completing quite complex math, accounting, etc. test and at best they are 10 AU$ for three months.
