I tried calling customer service on three separate occasions within a one week period. Each time I was put on hold and held for over 90 minutes while no one came on the line. All they have is a recording but no actual customer service User’s recommendation: Buy a brand that actually has customer service.

This item is not being delivered under the bad supplier of passport number # 93213 of (01.08.2020) to (08.08.2020)) changed the delivery time three times on 17.08.2020. Then, 21.08.2020. Then, 28.08.2020. Already on 31.08.2020 I called to send the application for a refund, the application was sent on the same day. Promised to return the money within 10 working days until 14.09.2020. It is now 21.09.2020. The money has not been returned yet.
