Poor service
Shipping from Germany (dhl) via Australia to the recipient is done by itella. No delivery attempt was made, but tracking tracking shows that the shipment cannot be delivered. It was not possible to call this institution because no one picks up the handset and no one answers the e-mails, so there is no way to get to your bag. I don't understand why dhl works with this office.
