Crooks pearls are misrepresented con artists in my opinion

This place seems like an online scam.

What is going on at American Pearl? I purchased a pearl neckless on 12/11/2018 from American Pearl. I got one emailed receipt at the time of purchase, which states that I have already gotten another email detailing shipping, and instructions for tracking shipping. However that email never came.
