I don't know about other branches of Belhasa Driving Centers in Dubai but I will specifically mention here about BDC Jabel Ali branch. They are not giving proper guidelines and imposing their own rules on the students to make more money. I give some examples here. There is no rule in any driving center that a student... Read more➤

No Proper customer service

Poor service

Today - 22/7/2019 in Downtown, Europtieka, Address Second Street 67, I wanted to buy x medicine. There was no medicine in the pharmacy, but the pharmacist informed me that the medicine is available in another pharmacy, where I can drive and buy it safely. When I went to that other pharmacy, I was told that the medicine was currently in short supply, not available in stock, and the quantity in the second pharmacy had already been reserved for their customer. I asked the pharmacist why I was not given such information in Downtown and did not recommend going to a nearby pharmacy. The pharmacist was embarrassed that colleagues in Downtown had not called and clarified the situation. Thus, there is communication and coordination between pharmacies. And this means that the communication of the Euro-pharmacy pharmacy in Downtown with colleagues of other pharmacies, awareness of the (in) availability of medicines and the level of competence is round zero.
