I have contacted American about the missed pickups with no guarantee if or when the recyclables will be picked up. I plan to transfer service to another company.

I called and complained about my trash not being picked up for 2 weeks. My bill was paid up till the end of May 2019. This was 26th of March and April 2, 2019 that trash was not picked up . I called several times getting Erica, Leigh, Nicole, Jessica, etc. after waiting 30 to 45 mins....

Fraud.. And poor customer service
Friends.. I have been a Viasat customer for over 10 years.. If you have a chance not to viasat or tvplay customer then you use it.. I live 40 years on this land.. Such an absurdity is a customer service center viasat or now tvplay.. Due to my activities I changed my residence.. Nazi to terminate the contract.. Viasat customer center I did all the operation contract to stop... Unfortunately, it did not end.. After a month they say come new calculations without justification.. And every month they raise astronomical amounts.. I tried to communicate.. Ha.. 4 days time service service does not pick up the handset... I very much hope that viasat.. Will now tvplay administration will be liable even for fraud..
