July 3 2019. Entire can was removed on pick up day July 3 2019. The bill is paid in full . Cannot get in touch with company which is always a problem! Unable to leave a message as answering service isn’t leaving that option. This company stinks!

Missed pick up called serval tiimes to complain. Given the run around each time, told each time i called that pick up will be scheduled for the next day. Never happened. I asked to soeak to a supervisor and told that is not possiible then i was given a gaurantee that my garbage will bepicked up tomorrow....

We have been skipped for trash pick-up 4 times in 2 months. The customer service number always has a “longer than average hold time” so it is not easy to contact them. Fraud.. And poor customer service
Friends.. I have been a Viasat customer for over 10 years.. If you have a chance not to viasat or tvplay customer then you use it.. I live 40 years on this land.. Such an absurdity is a customer service center viasat or now tvplay.. Due to my activities I changed my residence.. Nazi to terminate the contract.. Viasat customer center I did all the operation contract to stop... Unfortunately, it did not end.. After a month they say come new calculations without justification.. And every month they raise astronomical amounts.. I tried to communicate.. Ha.. 4 days time service service does not pick up the handset... I very much hope that viasat.. Will now tvplay administration will be liable even for fraud..
