Altice charged me $851 because I lost my cell phone.

They are careless and charged me $851 when I actually owe them $100 for financing my cell phone which I lost. User’s recommendation: Dont join Altice.

Can not get service repairs from suddenlink after being on the phone for 12hrs and 21 minutes

Keep receiveng emails with all different amounts of monthly billing

I have been trying to get a real answer from a “LIVE” person of what is going on with my service/account. Why all different amounts? I call & email Pamela M. to no avail!
