Do NOT GET. WORST PRODUCT EVER

I have never had a product this bad in my entire life. Constantly getting error messages for guide dvr Netflix always rebooting sometimes works sometimes not tv turns off and on by itself. Remote control just as bad. Would never recommend this product to anyone. Company should close I would not even rate a star

Don’t get fooled by Altice cell low rates, though they claimed using AT&T and/or Sprint network, it is miserable. No good coverage, network keep disconnecting and there was no network in Page, Arizona

No response from “message up” link on your website. Waited for 28 minutes and 20+ minutes.

Do not subscribe to this service. It is terrible

Their techs can’t get it right. TV’s are down for the third time in 5 weeks. You can’t get a tech out to house. It is usually 5-10 day wait. Unacceptable The try to talk you thru resetting their boxes. It is not my job to trouble shot their crap

Don’t sign up for their service or buy phones!

Terrible horrible customer service. Almost lack of customer service. There is no phone number to call them, only chat. Then you wait and wait for an “agent” who lies to you and can’t really help. Get away from their optimum altic cable

They have raised the rates after purchasing optimum and no deals for long time customers. Whoever is running this company is an idiot of a business person. Quit it all and going with another cable service
