Can not get service repairs from suddenlink after being on the phone for 12hrs and 21 minutes

Can not get customer repairs done . I have 4 business lines with suddenlink and service suppose to be 1gb that I pay for and I very get 20 . Have been on phone for over 12 hours and have had my it tech here to talk to them and still can not get service repairs out to business to fix problem. They just keep saying a tech supervisor will call and never has. This been going on since July17th. Can you help me. Sarah Gregory 979-235-**** User's recommendation: None at this point.
