Poor service, fraud
I bought a ring at the Golden Saga store (July 11). After 8 days, a stone fell out and then we turn to the store for warranty repair (1 picture). The ring was missing only a stone, it also had a written service transfer page. But from the beginning gave a cancellation check sheet, with the words that they are now a new service transfer deed. Returned the ring after repair with a lack of 0.02 grams and with a large deformation (2 image and 3 picture), of course we do not take the ring. We call the office, but for a month the answers are no new , the office is not allowed.
