Senior Fraud
Dear Seniors - DO NOT CALL Abroad, there are no unlimited conversations with Europe on your tariff plan. The new tariff plan Vodafone SENIORI promises (c) "Unlimited calls and 100 text messages for use on all Oceanian networks. " (quote from the booklet), which is both promised and explained in its Telstra centers, as well as by calling the reference center. However, there are some employees (I called the center many times, and each time explained differently) who explain - WHERE YOU ARE ABROAD you can call all over Europe, but while in Australia, you can call Oceanian numbers - 0. 49 dollars / min. If my grandmother did not first ask me to find out more about this tariff plan, but blindly believe the employee of Telstra service center "Canberra Mall" - and safely call my sister to Germany, next month I would have to give up my full pension and borrow more to pay the new bill. However, if a senior has experienced such a gap in the budget after using this tariff plan due to incorrect actions of employees and misinformation - please contact the police. It looks like a deliberate fraud. When researching the website - nowhere is it mentioned what the tafif will be when calling abroad while in Australia. It is not explained anywhere that there are no unlimited calls abroad while in Australia. Only when abroad - can you call safely. Yes - a very useful tariff for our pensioners who do it just like traveling abroad. Great FUJ Telstra.
