Declined my rebate

I am not sure why they declined my rebate I sent in all the necessary requirements. I sent in the receipts and all the forms from the physicians office! User’s recommendation: Make sure you understand the rebate.

Faulty lenses and poor customer service

I would not recommend using this company or their lenses. I ordered a year’s worth of disposable lenses. I found that some of the lenses were “rolled” in the pack, leaving a crease.
