The room we booked and what we got is different. Disgusting

We booked deluxe rooms with balcony and what we got is nowhere close to what we got. The waters dripping, theres garbage right in front of window and the wall plaster is peeling off. Payment done online but entry denied

Online payment was done for a hotel in Nashik but the property denied entry claiming they had no ties with Agoda whereas the hotel is still listed on the website. We can’t find any option for refund on the website. This needs immediate attention
