It is still not been approved. I have multiple policies and i need reimburse for mammogram. I have never had an issue before his what is the problem

I havw submitted everything needed to get reembursement for a mammogram. No luck they keep saying they need more info. I have 4 policies with them. At least 2 coved a mammogram. Very frustrated its been over a week and no progress
