Sales rep in our area will not leave us alone. We’ve told him numerous times we are not interested!!
I’m not getting any answer about my claim. I called last week and left my number. Here is the number that was given to me by Aflack that number is 0289**** or do I need to send it again.
I wanted information on my claim that I put in on 06-01-21 I got no answer. I tried to chart no answer. User’s recommendation: I fax my claim over due to I don’t know how to up load.
Asked to cancel my policy and they continue to take the monthly premium out. Contacted the agent and I don’t get any response. This company is a scam. Bad customer service.

Hello, I would like to resolve the situation with my purchase OI / 8064/44206. I have not received the product or the money previously paid for it - we had already agreed on the return of the money in an e-mail correspondence.
