I had to have an emergency procedure done it cost $1125 money I really could not spare but speaking with a representative on the phone o was giving a claim # to file I was never told until today that it takes a year
I’ve been having Aflac since April had some work done to my teeth over 1100 worth they said after I filed my claim I had to wait 12 months to file claim

In 2016, I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Aflac was amazing. I had my own direct line contact person and was completely satisfied with how my claim was handled. Fast forward to this past January was told I have breast cancer filed a claim online which is a nightmare…
Aflac used to be a great company to deal with. A few years ago something changed from my experience. Almost impossible to sign onto practically zero communications about claims, Horrible wait times when calling in. It certainly appears they want the premiums but make filing claims as difficult as possible, no response when contacting,just a horrible experience....
