My complaint was rejected. ADT is unbending in their early termination policy and will not consider any exceptions. User’s recommendation: Avoid ADT especially if you are likely to relocate within three years.
Two days on the phone with multiple “customer service” reps who did not even understand my problem. Horrible web site. Can’t log in myADT but all their employees refer you to it ?!!. Can’t link my health account to the security account yet can’t open new account at myADT because I need a new email,……. etc. Terrible...
