FINALLY! It took 29 days to get one maintenance to come to my apartment for several repairs after a total of 4 requests (via telephone)! NOTE: This is the Greenway Chase Apts in Florissant, MO

Today is 13 July 2021….tomorrow will be exactly one month (30 days) that I have been waiting for maintenance to come to my apartment for repairs. I have called the leasing office 4 times & have sent 2 emails to them. User’s recommendation: PRAY!!!

Moving because it is a garbage place

Not professional management, they always hide from the scene because they cannot do anything, they are just dulls for the landlord. Not clean place. The place is just good for homeless people.

They charge parking fees, only to say they can’t control parking. You pay rent but not guaranteed a parking spot where you pay rent.
