Crooks, don’t do it.

I’ve been waiting almost 4 months for a refund ($2295) after following the exact requirements in the contract to legally cancel. I have all receipts and correspondence and now have to go through the irritating process of filing complaints with the consumer protection agencies and with the NY State Attorney’s office.
