My 5 in 1 eating batteries in outdoor unit User’s recommendation: Nobody to help.
I’ve had this 5 in1 about 2 yrs. Recently outdoor unit quits in about a month. Change batteries (standard), relearn & good for another month. Tired of labor and expense of switching batteries. This isn’t right…not pissed just help
Had to return one had issues store exchange it, setting up new, i put in 1 time but this unit 12 /24, how do you set it for 24 hour clock , want to register this unit when i go on website i put model name in it says can not locate model

Very bad experience and very frustrating too. I bought a full Atlas system in early 2020. HD display froze 8 moths after purchase and, according to the poor manufacturer's customer service, there's no way to hard reset it. Its a well known issue.
