Unable to talk to anyone about my weather station

would like to talk to someone about resetting rainfall back to 0 and start all over to make sure im doing it right User’s recommendation: dont buy it this is my 3rd unit and no support from company.

Customer service non existant

unbelivable for a company this size, has nobody to contact or talk to. It shame. I have tried to contact Acurite the way they suggeted, via email. What a joke!!!
