4th time now just lost signal. Always seems to happen when weather is poor. Like the batteries are drawn down from the extra volume of wind and rain. Never buy another that’s for sure. User’s recommendation: OK it you want to constantly babysit the thing.

BATTERY WAS JUST CHANGED. ALL IS WORKING EXCEPT OUTDOOR TEMP NOT SHOWING
Quartz clock broken, only 6 months old. NO customer support, no service. They give you a ticket number via email then NO contact. The CHAT is non-responsive!!!!! This is the WORST Customer Support I have ever seen. Will never buy another item from them. User’s recommendation: do NOT buy!

Model 06058m

I lost power, when the power came back all I could see on the 06058m display was a backgroung picture and the words AcuRite. None of the buttons work. What is wrong and can it be fixed? User’s recommendation: AcuRite don’t answer there phone.
