Service is terrible and communication is under every criticism. The phone was delivered to Tele2 and sent for insurance repairs. The corresponding deductible was paid within the same week. More than 2 months have passed and the phone has still not been recovered. After the first month, when the text messages with the text "Parts have been ordered" came a few times, I decided to contact MTTC, where it was announced that if the device has been repaired for a month, then they will order a new one. Unfortunately, this is the first time I have heard such information and I assume that many are unaware of such policies. However, the device did not come either. Tele2 cannot help with White communication, but the result is not noticeable either. Representatives of MTTC send to each other - "I will not teach you to answer this situation", "I am surprised that it is" - are standard answers. When another number is finally given, which no longer automatically appears as the MTTC number, no one will appear in front of it and will only answer via text messages. There are problems with the system when dealing with sending. Needless to say, the promise to send is being made for the third time, I recommend thinking 3 times before taking out Tele2 and American device insurance - their partner is the above mentioned MTTC.Read more...
