Defective CGM Sensor

I spoke with a Customers Service Rep from Abbott and my defective sensor was replaced with no problem. User’s recommendation: I highly recommend Abbott Laboratories.
For 2 months repeatedly called customer service and was promised a returned call. I’m still waiting. I’ve been using test strips. If they are having supply problems I would understand, but why don’t they tell me instead waiting for a response. User’s recommendation: Try Dexcom G6 instead. It will be my next step.

Bad sensor

I had a sensor on and hit my arm on the door making the sensor not work. Do you replace sensors in this type of accident. It makes me short a sensor and to early for a refill
Update by user Apr 05, 2020 No Original review posted by user Apr 02, 2020 These sensors are 40 to 50 points lower than the finger stick. I will not use it any more because it does not allow me to dose my insulin properly User’s recommendation: Don’t Buy.
