I spoke with a Customers Service Rep from Abbott and my defective sensor was replaced with no problem. User’s recommendation: I highly recommend Abbott Laboratories.
For 2 months repeatedly called customer service and was promised a returned call. I’m still waiting. I’ve been using test strips. If they are having supply problems I would understand, but why don’t they tell me instead waiting for a response. User’s recommendation: Try Dexcom G6 instead. It will be my next step.
My Libre sensor was 40 to 50 points off compared to the OneTouch that mr physician ordered for me. The rep told me that she couldnt trust the readings unless they were from Libre reader. Now, my insurance doesnt cover theLibre monitor, why should I spend more money buying a monitor for something Im not sure will...

I had a sensor on and hit my arm on the door making the sensor not work. Do you replace sensors in this type of accident. It makes me short a sensor and to early for a refill
