They took over computer in deceiving me into believing they were helping. Actually went into my Amazon account, stole credit card numbers. Added membership fees on one. Purchased 200$ gift cards from Amazon from my checking. They are the devil in disguise. User’s recommendation: Never trust them.

I am trying to get someone to answer a printer problem for me and cannot reach anyone. I was charged not once but twice $14.99 via pay pal and I would like both of these fees credited back since I never even reacted with anyone
