I’ve yet to get my refund from the company, although they acknowledge that my contract has been terminated. Still getting the run around. User’s recommendation: Be very careful with this company.

Monthly fee being charged, not a fee based on ti mb es you actually use the service. Also I don’t believe they have any ln everage to impact any actual response from unscrupulous companies.

They are Phishers! I was on a website of another company trying to get customer service when a window opened and said it was a live chat. It appeared to be from the company I was dealing with

They did not tell me that they were not part of the customer service of the website I was trying to work with. I typed out my problem and they opened another window asking for all my financial information to get an account with them!
