You ignore my complaints!

Getting in touch with you is a real challenge. I have no idea whether you received my messages or not. How do I know that?
I used your services for two weeks and only two boxes were complete! In all the other cases, there are missing ingredients or instructions or the food was actually spoiled. That's an outrage!
And, in the end, yesterday, I did not receive any box at all! I sent you 5 messages. No response from you or FedEx!
