This morning, I received the following email: We didn't receive your first payment. Hi BARBARA, This is a reminder that you missed your first payment for your Amazon.com Store Card account ending in 4017. Your new total minimum payment is $49.00. I received this bank card about a month ago, and I HAVE NOT USED this for ANYTHING! After enduring your hopeless robot questions, was finally able to connect to a human being, which was followed later by someone who claimed to be a "supervisor." I was told that Amazon had charged my HBO subscription and Prime Video Account on the card (without my permission) and until this email this morning I was not aware of it. Neither the alleged human being that came on the phone in the first round, or the "supervisor" that talked to me after the "human being" hung up on me, knew what was going on either. After being on the phone for 3/4 of an hour, I was asked by the alleged supervisor to "hang on" while he called Amazon. I told him that I had already endured enough time on the phone without success. I asked him to tell Amazon, that I wanted the card CANCELLED, and the billing for my HBO and Prime Accounts to be done as they have been done for several years. I said I would NOT stay on the line, and he insists that he can't do anything unless I stay on the line. WHAT Sort of "customer service is this? I hung up.
