I am extremely upset with the icemaker in this appliance. It worked great for the first year and now it gets continually worse. My warranty, of course is up and by what I have researched this is a known problem and Samsung is unwilling to correct it. I have tried everything suggested in the troubleshooting guide as well as everything suggested by other consumers...nothing. The ice maker freezes up so badly that the only thing I can do is thaw it at least once a week with a blow dryer just to get it unblocked for another week. I have had many people ask me about refrigerators and I always tell them do not purchase a Samsung.
