Refrigerator damaged upon delivery.

Have contacted warranty line, repair tech came out, refrigerator cannot be repaired. Tech contacted Frigidaire and replacement was approved. Were told someone would contact us in 7 to 10 days for delivery of new fridge. No call. A call to them revealed they had no information on it. We were then told it would be another 7 to 10 days. After another ten business days, we still have not received a call and cannot contact Frigidaire. Confirmation # given to us by Frigidaire is [protected]. Frigidaire file number is [protected].
