I need to file a claim for an awning purchased on Amazon

My awning was staked to the ground and had 4 gallon jugs of water attach holding it to the ground. A freak gust of wind came and picked up the awning stakes and jugs and threw it onto a neighbors awning snapping a crucial leg. The awning is not useable. I need either a repair or a replacement ASAP.
